March Health Challenge
Croydon Health and Lifestyle team is running a March health challenge on sleep. Are you getting a good rest? Did you know that the benefits of good rest include a positive mood, better quality of life, improved physical performance and clarity of mind. Rest consists of 7 to 8 hours of sleep each night and a day of Sabbath rest spent in worship and fellowship.
